Shipping & Returns

We deliver throughout Limpopo Province and the rest of South Africa. Delivery is arranged after your order is reviewed so we can match the right vehicle and route to your order size.

• Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery cost is quoted to you by phone or email before dispatch. It is not charged at checkout.
• Bulk and trade orders qualify for a delivery quote. Call us on +27 15 004 0441 first if you'd like a quote before placing the order.

Click & collect is available from our Bochum branch in Limpopo. Once your order is confirmed we'll WhatsApp or call you when it's ready and arrange a pickup time.

• Bring your order number and photo ID for collection.
• Orders are held for 7 days; please collect within that window.
• Trade-account holders may nominate a driver — let us know when you order.

We want you happy with your purchase. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
• Special-order, cut-to-size or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• To start a return, email sales@balogale.co.za with your order number and a short description.

Approved refunds are processed by EFT or credit note within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

• Cash on collection refunds are issued by EFT to a nominated bank account.
• Delivery fees already paid are non-refundable unless the order was at fault.
