Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern your use of balogale.co.za and any purchase you make from us, whether online, by phone or in branch. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

All product listings are an invitation to treat. Your order becomes a binding contract only once we confirm stock availability and issue an invoice.

• Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We re-verify prices and stock on our server before accepting your order. If a product becomes unavailable we will contact you to arrange a substitute, back-order or cancellation.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of obvious pricing errors, fraud indicators or inability to fulfil.
• Photos are illustrative — pack sizes, colours or specifications may differ slightly from the image.

No online card payment is taken at checkout. Orders are submitted as B2B invoice requests and reviewed by our team before invoicing.

• A tax invoice is emailed within 3 business days after order review.
• Payment is due by EFT within 30 days from invoice date unless another written agreement applies.
• We may hold, cancel or revise orders if payment is overdue, stock changes or pricing errors are found.

Delivery is arranged separately after order review. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for full detail.

• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect the goods before signing.
• Note any damage or shortage on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it.

Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) apply to the items we sell. Your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 remain unaffected.

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from product use beyond the manufacturer's stated specifications.
• Tools, machinery and electrical goods must be used in accordance with the supplier's instructions and any required PPE.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.
• We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts in the Limpopo Province.
